     UAB Balproma (here in after  referred to as “Balproma”) respects the privacy of its customers, suppliers and stakeholders. This privacy policy (“Privacy policy”) describes how Balproma is processing personal data and what are the measures Balproma takes to ensure the privacy and security of information collected and processed by Balproma.

2. Party responsible for data control

     Balproma, (Business ID – 302781967), respects all its customers (here in after referred to as Customers) and suppliers (here in after reffered to as Suppliers), including visitors to the website www.balproma.lt (here in after referred to as the Web site), the right to privacy and shall ensure the protection of their personal data and the enforcement of their rights as data subjects.
